CA-ZN STABILIZER CS-70
DESCRIPTION
Ca-Zn stabilizer CS-70 is calcium-zinc based stabilizer used for PVC panel, PVC foaming board or other application.
Using hydrotalcite as the basis, combined with non-toxic, thermal stability and light stabilizer, CS-70 has excellent heat resistance, light resistance and weather resistance as well as long-term static and dynamic stability.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION
l Add Ca-Zn stabilizer CS-70 together with the PVC resin into the high-speed mixer.
l Keep the temperature about 120 ℃ for 8 ~ 10minutes.
l Cool the material to 40 ~ 50 ℃ and set aside for use.
l Recommended using dosage 4-5 PHR.

STORAGE
The product should be stored in cool and dry surroundings.
The shelf life is two years, it can be still used if qualified by inspection after shelf life.

25kg/bag with PP bag or customized packaging according to customer requirements.

For 20GP container, we can load 16mt with pallets or 18mt without pallets.
For 40HC container, we can load 28mt with pallets or 28mt without pallet
