CA-ZN STABILIZER CS-50
DESCRIPTION
CS-50 is one kind of Calcium-zinc based stabilizer. It is nontoxic, and it has good thermal stability, light stability, transparency and coloring power. CS-50 can be used for Profile, Pressure pipes, high calcium uses or other applications.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION
l Keep the original formula unchanged. The recommended dosage of CS-50 is 3~ 5 PHR.
l Adding Ca-Zn stabilizer CS-50 together with the PVC resin and other additives into the high-speed mixer.
l Keep the temperature at about 120-125℃ for 8 ~ 10minutes.
l Cooling down the mixed material to normal temperature.
l Move into extruders and start extrusion process.

STORAGE
The product should be stored in cool and dry surroundings.
The shelf life is two years, it can be still used if qualified by inspection after shelf life.

25kg/bag with PP bag or customized packaging according to customer requirements.
LOADING CAPACITY
For 20GP container, we can load 16mt with pallets or 18mt without pallets.
For 40HC container, we can load 28mt with pallets or 28mt without pallets.
